World Landscape Architecture Month 2025 Conference (WLAM2025Conference)

WLAM2025 Conference has been an annual event consistently organised by Majlis Perbandaran Hulu Selangor. This year, it was held at Rumah Sungai by Bonda Rozita in Batang Kali, Selangor, on 23 April 2025. The event aimed to discuss ideas related to landscape architecture through presentations and forum discussions. With the theme Park for All, several exceptional speakers and panellists were invited, most of whom were academicians, contractors, developers, and consultants.

I had the opportunity to moderate the forum, which was attended by two consultants, one representative from a local authority, and a lecturer. The best part of the session was undoubtedly the insightful content and knowledge shared. However, the panellists’ nonchalant personalities were also incredibly entertaining and lively.

Additionally, it was my very first experience as a moderator, and Alhamdulillah, I truly enjoyed every moment. I was so happy to connect with people from different backgrounds, a majority of them were friendly and cooperative. I hope that we can meet again another day and at another event.
